PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Our payment conditions variates per country, once you are onboarded into our PLANO system you will be contacted by our service desk to discuss the best payment solution for the both of us.

SHIPPING
Any shipping days mentioned are working days only – for example, if a product has a shipping time of 10 days, this will include working days, and not weekends or holidays. Orders must be in the system before 10am CET (10am GMT for UK/Ireland orders) for that day to count towards the shipping time.

All orders inside the EU over €250 will not be charged for delivery, orders below incur a charge of €15. Express delivery is available on request, however will be charged to the customer, the cost of which can vary.

The customer is responsible for any import duties that may incur in the respective country. Customers outside of the Shengen Area must arrange/pay for goods collection themselves in Poland. For export outside of Europe, payment must be made before shipping – products are shipped by us to a forwarder within Europe. For export outside of Europe and Turkey, a certificate of origin (COO) is often required. We will request this once payment has been made (import duties included).

UPS track and trace will be communicated to the customer via the packaging slip, this will be automatically sent via email. For Schenker/Gefco pallets, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the pallet is ready to be shipped.

3-10 days for pallets. Times shown are classed as working days.
